Frequently Asked Questions

Any child arriving before 8am will be provided a breakfast. This is included in the price. All children receive snacks throughout the day, including after school children. We are able to provide a lunch and or dinner for £2.40 per meal or you are welcome to provide a packed lunch. 

We will always cater for any allergies a child has. We complete a form with parents before the child starts where allergies are listed. If a child develops an allergy after starting just let us know and will adjust their records. All allergies are listed in the Kitchen and food is stored in accordance with food safety laws to minimise the risk of cross contamination.

We have all equipment needed to cater for all ages. All we ask you to bring is appropriate outdoor clothing and if needed a changing bag with spare clothes, nappies, wet wipes, cream etc

We are happy to administer medication. For prescription medication it must be in the original packaging, with the Childs name clearly labelled and details of adminsitraiton. Permission forms will be completed by parents before medication is administered. All staff are medication trained and one is trained to administer Controlled medication. If children require medication such as Asthma Inhalers or an Epipen we have storage in place for these

We follow the Early years framework in line with the department of education and Ofsted. All learning and development is logged for you to see on our online platform. 

With your prior permission we do take photos of your children as we feel it's important you get see what your child gets up to whilst they are here. We up load them onto an online platform which you have your own private log in for.  Only yourself, staff in the setting and Ofsted have access to this.
